Alan Acker has been practicing law for the past 32 years with a particular focus on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, income taxation of trusts and estates, charitable giving, and probate. During his long career he has developed the E&E Trust and Will Drafting System, a web-based system to help Ohio and Virginia attorneys in the drafting of trusts, wills, and financial powers of attorney. He has also authored a book and produced numerous publications.
